The general theme of the rusty axe would be considered fantasy based However it's a very eclectic forum that covers nearly every genre you can think of. The members are varied in backgrounds ages and likes & dislikes. It's definitely a great site.

I am not sure if it's RP heavy. But it does have it's roots based upon the fantasy aspect of life. Yes there is online "campaigns" (text based RPing) and there are topics in there to catch d**n near any ones eye. But if you are truly curious, check out the site.
